Five Axis CNC Controller
An Axis CNC Controller is a general-purpose CNC controller for up to 5 linear as well as rotary axis. The controller is such that axis type i.e. Linear as well rotary can be configured by the user apart from the number of limit switches to activate in case the required axis is less than 5. The controller is capable of up to 0.01mm/0.1° accuracy in all five axis. Further, the acceleration values of each axis can be defined separately to enable better control over the system as the rotary axis can generally have higher acceleration values as compared to the linear axis.
The controller has an LCD for the display of parameters along with a bi-directional rotary encoder for fast and efficient control of the machine options and jogging operation. The following are the key features of this project.

- The system has many Advanced features and supports an Automatic Tool Changer with Pneumatic controls apart from AC/DC spindle, Vacuum Bed, Both Mist and Flood coolant mode, etc
- An advanced version is also developed which supports specialized heads like Fabric cutting heads, Marking heads, etc
